Chicago: Fight for the Lost Children
30' (GER)
Every four hours there is a shooting in Chicago. Meet people who are confronted with violence every day and how they cope with it.
Six dead, 23 injured - the result of an ordinary weekend in Chicago. America's third largest city has experienced an explosion of violence in the last two years - and with 650 firearm victims a higher death-rate than Los Angeles and New York combined. Mainly young black men are dying in this circle of gang crime, illegal weapons and social problems. Again and again innocent people, especially children get caught in the crossfire. It is a dark parallel world to the shining city of Chicago.
